Fulfillment Policy: Refunds and Cancellations

Thank you for choosing RANI COACHING Ltd. We are dedicated to ensuring that our coaching services meet your expectations. Below, you will find our policies regarding refunds and cancellations which are an integral part of our terms and conditions.

Refund Policy

• Non-Refundable Fees: Please note that the investment for our coaching services, as detailed in your coaching agreement, is non-refundable. This policy supports our commitment to allocating resources and planning effectively, ensuring we provide the highest quality service to our clients.
• Exceptions: Exceptions to this policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis in exceptional circumstances, such as unforeseeable and severe personal issues. Requests for such exceptions must be submitted in writing and will be reviewed by our management team.

Cancellation Policy

• Group Sessions: If you are unable to attend a scheduled group coaching session, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance. While missed sessions cannot be refunded, we may, at our discretion, offer a make-up session depending on the circumstances and availability.
• One-on-One Sessions: Scheduled one-on-one sessions require a 48-hour cancellation notice. If you cancel less than 48 hours before your session, you may be charged for the session due to the time set aside by our coaches specifically for you.

Changes to Scheduled Services

• Notification of Changes: We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel coaching sessions or events due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide alternatives to ensure continuity of service.
• Adjustments: Your coaching may involve collaborative scheduling of sessions. If a permanent change in scheduled sessions is needed, please discuss this with your coach to accommodate your needs.

By proceeding with your purchase of coaching services from RANI COACHING Ltd, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to adhere to these refund and cancellation policies. These policies are part of our broader terms and conditions agreed upon during the contracting process and are intended to ensure a clear understanding of our mutual commitments.
